Documentary short (2018). A daring political artist statement and documentary that juxtaposes Britain’s role in the creation of Israel with the personal journey of Ebaa, a Palestinian refugee who fled Gaza for London in 2016. Through this juxtaposition the film exposes the absurdity of historical imperial decisions colliding with present‑day human survival, demanding viewers to reckon with complicity and displacement.
Feature (2021, producer). Set in a Beirut apartment, a couple’s attempts at intimacy are continually disrupted by political collapse, social paralysis and the weight of patriarchy. As petty choices like “tea or coffee” become their only freedoms, the film is both tender and absurd—capturing the struggle of trying to live and love amid normalized catastrophe.
